When Scripture Study takes place:

Scripture Study takes place on Monday evenings immediately following the 7:00 p.m. Mass. The sessions usually begin in the Fall and continue through to Easter.

What takes place during Scripture Study:

The group focuses on one Gospel each year. Participants read the Gospel gradually, through the year, and also use a commentary that helps explain the Scripture. A leader guides the study sessions. People can ask any questions they wish, and discussion is usually lively.

How to get involved in Scripture Study:

Anyone can join. Simply register with the Parish Office.

What materials are needed:

You will need a Bible and paper. Usually participants use a commentary. There is no cost for the Scripture Study course, but participants do buy a copy of the commentary.
